Refund & Return Policy
At RaceSims Solutions Pvt Ltd, we aim to provide high-quality, genuine sim racing hardware supported by transparent and fair policies. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices are included
- The product shows no signs of wear, damage, or modification
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been installed, used, or powered on
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or external factors
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
Due to the nature of electronic and precision hardware, opened or used products cannot be resold and therefore cannot be accepted for return.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or found to be defective on arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide:
- Clear photos and/or videos of the product and packaging
- Order number and invoice details
Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and manufacturer policy.
Warranty Support
All products sold by RaceSims are covered by applicable manufacturer warranties.
Warranty claims are handled as per the manufacturer’s terms and may involve inspection, repair, or replacement through authorized service channels. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
Refund Process
Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time is 5–7 working days after inspection approval
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect or shipping damage.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as RaceSims is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return policy will apply.
