SECTOR 01 — THE PADDOCK
Fifteen years in real motorsport
Thambu is a race engineer. Since 2012 he has been part of Arka Motorsports — a team with more than 121 championship titles to its name — working as race engineer and ECU tuner on every car in the fleet, and learning the craft under N. Leelakrishnan, seven-time National Rally Champion and multiple-time racing champion. Under that guidance he has won multiple Tuners' championships over the years, while the team collected national racing, rally and cross-country championship titles. Real motorsport runs on precision and data. Every decision has to prove itself on the stopwatch.
SECTOR 02 — THE SPORT
The hardest sport to get into
Entry into motorsport is not easy. The barrier is very high, and the cost of entry alone — track time, cars, tyres, fuel — puts it out of reach for most people. Opportunities to drive a real race or rally car are very limited. The most technical, most fascinating sport on earth is also the hardest one to try.
SECTOR 03 — THE GAP
The missing training ground
The tool that changes this already existed. Around the world, the simulator became an essential part of motorsport — professional drivers train on them, and newcomers get their first real taste of the sport on one. India mostly had gaming toys, set up by people who had never worked on a real race car. Nothing a professional could genuinely train on.
SECTOR 04 — THE BUILD
So he built it like a race car
That pushed Thambu to found RaceSims Solutions Pvt Ltd with two goals: bring world-class sim racing equipment to India, and open the sport to people who would never otherwise get to feel it. Cockpits designed from real race car ergonomics, manufactured here. Hardware from officially partnered brands — Conspit, VNM Simulation, Moza Racing, Fanatec. Every product serviced in India by our own engineers, every build signed off by a race engineer before it ships.

Now the whole sport lives here
A studio where anyone — age 7 up — can feel what motorsport actually is. An academy that takes you from the sim to real rally stages with Arka Motorsports and cup-spec race cars with Buzzing Hornet Motorsport.
